Flight Operations

The Flight Operations team includes aircraft pilots and pilot support.

Fleet Technical Instructor
Job overview and responsibilities
Instruct Pilots on Aircraft Systems and Flight Management Systems utilizing classroom instruction and aircraft simulators. Validate satisfactory completion of ground and various training modules. Take part in courseware development and any other training related duties as directed by the company.

Required
  • Sound background in advanced aircraft systems theory and operation
  • Must demonstrate ability to speak in public and convey information to a group
  • Must be able to discuss aircraft system theory/utilization in both classroom and simulator environments
  • Must have ability to utilize Microsoft and Apple iPad
  • Must conduct clerical/administrative functions in conjunction with instructional duties
  • Commercial/Military aviation, flight/ground school, instructor experience
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
  • Training hours range from 0400 to 0200 7 days-a-week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

  • College degree
