Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting and testing of IFEC system on-board customer aircrafts in accordance with approved documentation, applicable regulations, and local policy and procedures

 • Ensure adequacy of qualification to perform task assigned in accordance with the GMM.

• Document work accomplished in accordance with customer’s requirements, GMM and station specific procedures.

• Use the appropriate GSE equipment for task assigned.

• Performs data and administrative entries using the applicable ATS Maintenance Tracking and documentation system.

• Accountable for used tools to perform the tasks.

• Check your work after completion and pay attention to details.

• Ensure the cleanliness of facility, tools, vehicles and equipment used.

• Use safety net when performing task assigned.

• Follow calibration rules when using calibrated tool.

• Report unsafe act and prevent unsafe behavior.

• Assist other LMTs when required.

• Comply with GMM and SMSM Work Experience Requirements

• Knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting generally acquired through commercial aviation or technical school education combined with five to ten years of related industry experience (Avionics/IFE) with an airline.
