Sharq Aerospace Industries (SAI) is the exclusive aerial operator (AG operations) for the Saudi Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA). In 2022, we are launching a new program of AG operations focusing mainly on:

1. Pesticide spraying to control mosquitoes and locust in Saudi Arabia; and
2. Aerial oil spillage treatment in the red sea west of Saudi Arabia.

We operate on the beautiful city of Jeddah on the west coast of Saudi Arabia, and out on our airfield east of the city. We run a fleet of new and relatively new Air Tractors (AT504, AT502, AT502XP), Bell 505 helicopter and a plan for a Robinson 44 aircraft as well.

As evidenced, it can be seen that the Kingdom has lots of exciting projects with a vision focused on the quality of life. One of its projects is Saudi Green. This project is funded by the Saudi government with the goal of keeping the best standards of environment protection wherein our AG operations plays a key role in its success.
