Under minimum supervision, the Technical Data Developer researches, develops, produces, and sustains Technical Publication products. Under the direction of engineering support resources, the Technical Data Developer verifies and validates engineering documentation. At the discretion of and under the direction of engineering support resources, the Technical Data Developer modifies engineering documentation to reflect As-Is equipment configurations. Source Material used by and data output from Technical Data Developer can include both paper and electronic forms of media. The Technical Data Developer possess technical and/or engineering documentation experience, organizational skills, and a combinations of technical training/education and general working level knowledge of industrial type of equipment systems to include systems, subsystems, and components.

Develops, verifies, and validates basic technical documentation information. (e. g., A&A, R&R, General equipment information, basic equipment condition indicators [alarms, lights, messages] etc.). Resolves identified discrepancies of published technical and engineering documentation. Support the identification of required Technical Publication data element changes to reflect equipment modifications.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree and typically 1 or more years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Technical Data Developer II
